Mike, did the rule change? I understood it to be that lights had to be in open division unless the light is made inoperable with no chance of it being a light & used as a frame weight, then it can be used in limited or L10.

Ah yes, that's why I said read the rules because an Internet forum is not a place to become all knowledgeable.
