There will be a new member orientation on 6/4 at the OKCGC Main Clubhouse. Applications must be mailed in before 6/2. This will probably be the last orientation of the year. If you know someone that would want to join the Club let them know.

If you have ever wanted to join one of the best gun clubs in the state, here is your chance.

One of the best clubs in the state? You're bring too modest. This is THE best club in the state, period! It's one of the best In the country. My membership is free every year because of the $5 match discounts.

When I sent in my application I had the same issues. If you sent it in but haven't heard anything just show up at the orientation and they will be ready for you. Probably something the club needs to address in the future. You might bring a backup application and payment if your payment hasn't already cleared.

New and current members don't forget that after 2 years you're eligible to become a senior member. It cost $100 more and you get the ability to bring an additional guest, your dues drop $30 or per year and most importantly you get voting rights. So you can help vote the club into letting us action shooting guys have more access on the other ranges or whatever.

The wife and I have enjoyed our membership so far. It's nice to travel to the club early in the morning and enjoy the outdoors vs the indoor ranges. Well worth the cost and drive

Yikes! I didn't see anything on the application about sending the money. I assumed they'd let me know if I was accepted and then request payment. Crap. :blink:

There will be an orientation for new members on 6-4-2011 (Sat) at 9:00 AM.
Please try to be a little early to check in
You will need to bring $230.00 in cash or check (NO CREDIT CARDS)
The meeting will be in the clubhouse which is in the main gate.  The orientation
should be over at 12:00.
