How many slots will open up this year? Should I bother turning in an application? Since moving to town...I am in dire need of a place to test and plink... plus I really miss having a place to shoot skeet.

Absolutely. They had 2 orientations last year. This is perfect timing also, they will do their first orientation right after the first of the year

Ok I guess i will send the app in. Dues are not "due" until one passes the orientation....maybe it will be my X mas present?

Apps were taken and processed acording to date recieved in the past.

Its $180/year unless you do a work day out that makes it $100 for the year correct?

Yes. But $230 is due at orientation. $180 dues for the year and a $50 initiation fee. The workday will be a credit to next years dues.

Yes. Jack Arbogast is still very much involved. I don't know if it is too late or not. I think they had new shooter orientation a few weeks ago. E-mail him. [email protected]

I just got around to sending my ap in. I will look for the smoke from the chimney... this must be a lot like voting in a Pope or something.

If I told em I know some of you guys ...LOL would it work against me?

There will be at least one opening. I'm not renewing my membership this year. I don't have enough free time to make it out there. I think I went once last year. I may get a membership to Heartland since its closer.
