Phillip, was being a little tongue and cheek on the "work or you are out" thing. :)
I heard the 3-gun MD will sign your work day card in trade for sexual favors.

I know you were only kidding. I think they kind of like the balance they have. Enough volunteers to keep the ranges maintained, and extra revenue for the ones that don't want to mess with a workday.

Also, can someone please tell me the invoice amount and OKC Gun club address I need to send my renewal to? I think it was thrown out with some junk mail last month and I need to get it paid.
Oklahoma City Gun Club
PO Box 863
Bethany, OK 73008

The tax rate is 4.5%, so if your membership with a workday completed is $120 the tally is $125.40

I want to say mine (with work day credit) was $129.00.

I think someone in the "other" thread about sales tax, stated that the 4.5% was applied to the $200 ($200 x 1.045 =$209.00 - $80 = $129.00

Crap. I just mailed my check to the address on the membership application. It was a different PO Box. Oh well. I'm sure it will find the right place eventually.

So how the hell did you get the credit Burk?

Here's the story:

Last year I sent my check for $120 in with a $200 invoice along with my copy of the completed work card. Later on I get an invoice for $80. I emailed the contacts on the website and told them about it, that it was my 5th year, I'd done a workday every single year, and not one single time had they gave me credit on my invoice.

Bill Norfleet got back to me with the gate code and asked if I wanted to do track the work days, being kind of snippy. I said "Sure I'll help track the work days and report to whoever I need to". Never heard a word back...

You still have actual paper checks that you write a sum on and sign?
It's Oklahoma. We probably have forum members that go to the library to use the free computers, Internet, and indoor plumbing.
