If you pre-hydrate like Burk said you WILL feel the difference. I'm drinking gatorade G2 and water starting tomorrow. I'm still not giving up my coffee, but It seriously helps.

Normally, just plan to bring double what the approximate round count is...you may have a reshoot on a stage and who can forget the occasional make up shot or two
