OKC Gun Club 3 Gun Sunday December 19th

Anyone up for a 3gun match on the 19th of December? I have been asked to host one and if I can get 20 shooters, we are good to go.

Shoot a reply here if you will make it for a 4 stage, 150 total round fun match.

cool, I'm tentatively in.
Will this will be at OKCGC?
I'll know better as the date draws closer, so don't count me just yet. I'll reply with a definate as soon as I know for sure.

Cool. I will get it reserved. We will shoot the woods to rifle stage that is going to be a hoot. Okcgc, December 19th. Sign in at 9:30 hammer down at 10:00. We are going to do $10 for members, $15 for non-members and it WILL be the first match for th point series.

Will this match have a contingency for disabled shooters to shoot too? I will have a hard time getting around by the 20th unless I can shoot from the Ranger.

Round Counts as follows..

Stage1; 18 shotgun, 11 rifle. This includes 2 autopoppers (4" poppers at almost 100 yards, 2 usp at 140, a star at 140 and 2 MGM's at 240, so 11 might be a bit low..)
Stage 2; 20 Rifle, 17 either pistol or shotgun or both, your choice..
Stage 3; 14 pistol, 24 rifle. The pistol rounds include a star and a plate rack, so...
Stage 4; 24 pistol, 14 shotgun. A light refreshing stroll back and forth with a hint of confusion and a "crap, I should have..." overtone with a smoky, yet earthy finish..

So the total REQUIRED shots, not accounting for make ups will be..

Rifle - 55
Pistol - 38-55
Shotgun - 32-49

Setup will be Saturday around 1:00pm. Shooting will start at 10 on Sunday with sign-in at 9:00am..

Nice!!! I will bring a nice Merlot to reall set off the earthy feel and a Cohiba cigar for the smoky tones

Seriously though I'm thinking i might shoot the match with Jeffs scooter or would it be OK to sling/holster up to move with my crutches between positions?

Man that will be funny when I beat Chambers on crutches!

we will have to see Jesse. I want you to be able to shoot but we got to keep safety and time management in mind. I will not be posting the stages. Seems a bit crazy for a local match. The stages will be straight forward and fairly easy, and then there will be a fast way as well! :lol:
