I am looking to buy somewhere around 300ct percussion caps in the general Myrtle Beach region in order to avoid the huge HAZMAT surcharge which comes with shipping. Assuming regular retail is $8 per 100, I will offer $16 per 100. I will meet you half-way in some public location. The following types are acceptable.
