Having trouble with a consistent OAL when reloading with my Dillon 650. Using Dillon dies. Any suggestions??????

set all dies with the shellplate full, not one at a time

Thanks, I will give it a shot. I have been all over the map and thought maybe I needed a more precise bullet seating die!

Define trouble.

Chances are good that the variation you see is normal.

I churn out 10 rounds and I would have anywhere from 1.118-1.130. Seems a little excessive. I am using lead cast and I understand they have some variances but I wouldn't think it was that much.
