The article describes Friarsgate as having "a good cross section" of people. I'd say that's pretty accurate.

I've been here 12 years. We had everything in place to build a house on 8 acres about 3.5 years ago. Had to pull back tremendously because of the economy.
When I first bought the house the neighborhood was nice and well maintained. I've seen it go down hill. Use to be a lot of military. But now I can show you the affects of easy mortgages.
