This thread got a little more lively. So what is the deal with this Heartland match?

There was a thread a while back where David was considering ideas for a second Heartland match. The favorite was the indoor .22lr rifle match, basically just another opportunity to beat Jesse. I'm not sure if it's gotten any traction since then.

Out of curiosity...do you guys think we could shoot miniature steel plates indoors with the .22s? That would be cool. Make some miniaturize poppers or flashers to simulate distance? Or use those cheapo swinging targets you can buy at Walmart.

I am sending this list to Nordic to get shipping times. The 18" & 20" are out of stock. They are rigged up to build the new barrels in house but are want to shoot a few thousand more rounds to confirm that their initial testing is similar in production barrels.

The good news is they are shipping for free!!! I will ketchup know delivery dates ASAP and costs for additional rails etc.

I just got off the phone with Ken at Nordic. He is planning to have these uppers ready to ship 3 weeks from the day he gets paid. I think there is a bunch of fluff built in there so hopefully we will be pleasantly suprised. I'm gonna cut off the order ad ons off Monday at noon. That gives everybody a weekend to think about the time frame and be sure they can wait. I will place the order Friday the 18th at noon. If I ain't got your money by them you better have paypal or you're SOL

Mike Ray they says they would hook you up on the mid length top rail for $25. If anybody else wants rails it other crap speak now. The first one was priced very right!
