Have any of you guys built them or brought a ruger one? I was playing with one the other day dont really know what I thought.
What do you think?

Mine is an exact duplicate of my "normal" AR and is both cheap to train with and fun to shoot.

Nordic 22 uppers are the bees knees! I got one about three weeks ago, and I've easily put a thousand rounds through it already without a single issue. I can't remember a time with the 10/22 when I didn't have light strikes or feeding issues, I've put 15K or more down its tube. The nordic upper was previously owned with a thousand through it before I bought it and was pretty dirty. I didn't clean it and put 530 rounds through it the day after I picked it up, it ran like a sewing machine.

Are you asking about the Nordic .22 AR upper or is Nordic making a 10/22 replica and you're asking about that? If the latter, I haven't heard of it but think it would be a kick ass idea.

I have both the Ruger 10/22 version and the Nordic upper. Both have functioned flawlessly for me. The Ruger version is very reliable and uses the proven rotary mag design. The upper has worked equally well. I would highly recommend both.

They feel much the same I think Ill get one maybe just depends on importing it but it would be cheeper than buying one of the new ruger compleated ones

I bought the Ruger SR-22 which is essentially the same chassis listed above with Ruger's name on it. I've been very happy with it... no problems at all. This Chassis sets on/over a ruger 10/22 receiver. It's a little heavy but a very solid and reliable setup.

I also have a Nordic AR-22 upper and it is equally well made and reliable.

The Nordic is pretty much the top of the line. They are swamped now from what I've heard.
If you want top of the line, be patient, if not, the S&W is the best alternative.

I love Nordic also, but one of my bud's got this new TROY battle stock for a 10/22 and wanted you guys to see itView attachment 2722View attachment 2723

I recently bought a Ruger 10--22 and love it. It's such a basic, smooth shooting gun. Majority of my family has one tucked away for plinking as well.

As long as you don't buy mags that have the plastic thing where you load the bullets in instead of metal, you'll never have any trouble with them.

Still got the upper for sale.

500 bones with a drum. several mags and a carbon fiber hand guard.
