John Kerry signed it about a year ago or so, it just has to be ratified. Hopefully with enough pressure from voters this will not happen, but letting our elected body know that we do not want it is the only way to keep that from happening.
Guys the 2A fight is an ongoing battle, don't drop your guard just because it's quiet. The gun grabbers are counting on us finding other things to take our minds off of this issue.
