Brownells has the Black variant of their TRU-SPEC "Men's Tactical Response Uniform Shirt" on sale for $25.17. Most other places you find them they are around $55-$80. Sizes Small to XXL available.

If I had to compare, I'd say very similar to Army BDUs. Collar can be used as a throat protector (Nice for one point sling users), pen holder slots, velcro shoulders for patches or insignias etc. Not a bad piece of gear.
