New to idpa

As the topic states this will be my first year to get started in competitive shooting . a question I have is I do reload and wonder what a good grain bullet would be to shoot .Are 95 grain used for target or pratice .sorry for the questions but I could not see where else to find answers.Bob

You don't have to reload, but if you do, you can tune a load to the game. Many will run a heavy bullet slower so it makes power factor, but has less recoil.

What pistol and caliber are you shooting?
