Seems to me like a good thing. Besides, y'all are a helluva lot more responsible with your firearms. Certainly better than most yanks and Bloomberg's cops are.

So... an FN lower receiver should exempt an entire AR assembled in South Carolina or would all parts have to be FN? Would all parts have to be assembled in a factory to be exempt? The mind boggles. The lawyers will feed well!!!

This law will work just as well as in the states that already have laws like this, as in not doing anything at all.
Without some sort of HUGE state militia or standing army, there's no way of stopping the feds from doing whatever they want. The feds will do whatever they want when they want, Constitution or no Constitution, consent or no consent, voting or not voting, law or no law...
Just look of all the people who, by their state law, legally purchased or grew marijuana for medical purposes and still got busted and thrown in jail by the feds. The same thing will happen with firearms, pre or post any sort of Feinstein type bill, Firearms Freedom Act or not . The feds will just come in arrest you regardless of what your state law says.
I don't think nullification will work, and I can't think of when it ever has.
Regardless, nullification is just a way for state governments to keep suckling from the FEDGOV teet while giving the illusion to it's subjects that they're freer than they were before.
The South Carolina state governemnt doesn't have the balls to do the better thing, which is to send the ultimate middle finger to the FEDGOV and end it's union with the United States. The SC government can't live without the money it's being given by the FEDGOV, which was stolen from subjects in other states.
Unfortunately, even if the SC govnerment had the balls to secede, the FEDGOV wont let that happen either.... not peacefully, at least. Alone, states don't have the power to fight the FEDGOV agencies and standing army. All the subjects within any state that tries to secede will eventually either be destroyed or assimilated into the FEDGOV system again. Then we're back where we started.
What if SC had some allies? What if SC had enough other states ally with it and enough soldiers to defeat the United States agencies and army? What if the United States was defeated? Congratulations, the underlying problem is still there. There are still people in power called politicians that want to control others. Again, back were we started.
There's not much that can be done without much bloodshed besides begging and pleading with our masters in the state and federal government. Even then, any freedom "gained" or "allowed" will not be because we begged for it, but because they see it as a more efficient way to extort more productivity and money from us.

How can one be truly free? Start by seeing the farm, at all levels. "To see the farm is to leave it."
Then, destroy the idea in your mind that government is a necessary evil.
Open other's minds to the same concept.
Research Voluntaryism and the Non-Aggression Principle.

where you are wrong is the feds will not come and arrest me and take my guns. i hope many others feel the same way.
they may come, and they may take my guns. but i wont die alone. there are not enough feds to last very long. when they are gone i dont believe the military will take over killing Americans to take the 2nd ammendment.
and then i predict WE will turn on the people called government and they will have to be replaced. read between the lines.
some say just give them some guns and they will go away. i dont think so. without resistance they wont stop.
the shot heard around the world hit someone, as it must again.

On top of that... everything radical the government has done is forgotten by the masses after a few months. Sure, people are outraged from this recent firearms bill, regulating every thing under the sun... if anything passes, people will just go with it after a few months of complaining. Every time there's a new regulation or ban passed, there's an uproar. Then after a few months, everyone goes about business as usual, giving up or forgetting about what the governemnt has done.
Remember the AWB and Hi-Cap mag ban in 1994? Sure, people were mad, but they just sat there like good little sheep. They shook their fists and sent letters. OOOOOOO, letters, that sure did alot of good.
So, **** giving money to the NRA, **** begging our overlords to stop oppressing us, **** the politicians...
I'm going to keep doing what I've been doing, disobeying the governemnt and it's laws, and trying to open people's minds to the idea that a public governemnt is not necessary.

Jeez!!!................I am beginning to wonder what is worse; nut cases or a socialist government..............I am reading more and more nut case tirades than constructive comment....These unintelligent threatening rants do more for the gun control people than sensible expression of discontent..........I am willing to support and defend if necessary, but not on the side of fools..................................Much of what I am reading on the various forums from those that propose violent acts makes me ashamed to stand in the face of those that would take away my rights to keep my firearms.........These fools make the anti gun people think of all of us as barbaric maniacs.........................If we cannot demonstrate maturity and sanity as a whole, we will be treated as harmful and dangerous if we are allowed to posses any kind of firearm.....................................We must face the anti gun people as a mentally superior force that are in sensible control of our firearms.

as some say " hide your guns and ammo but give them a few". wont work. "we have reasonable suspicion to search because you had some guns and gave them to us". they find more you are gone according to NDAA. family too.
where to hide them? bury them? they will doze the place if they think they are right. detectors, satelite imagery, dogs. you wont fool them. still the dogs will "say" they were there at one time.
give them all, they can say what they want then. this is an arsenal. you have more food than you should.......NDAA, off to a camp maybe in another country.
get rid of them all, the dogs will hit on where they were, where you reloaded, bullets in a hill in the backyard. they will say you hid them and you are lying.
so if 5 cars of agents and two trucks full of swat pull up in your yard, whatcha gonna do? they are there to "get" you and your guns. if they get the regerstration they want it wont just be one deputy asking if you have any guns.

"It will be ok Dan"..............John, yes it will be ok for me.....I have a limited time left to have fun doing some of the things I most enjoy...My "bucket list" is near complete..........I will probably have to pay more for hard to get 22 cal ammo, have my mags and stocks pinned, and a few other inconveniences, but I will be ok.........Perhaps even my 4 22cal military clones might escape the awb, who knows........I have a number of hand guns, a couple of shot guns, and hunting rifles that should be ok.................................I gave my son my "real" military stuff so it will be his mess to take care of in light of new laws.......He has 4 wonderful children and a lovely wife so I think he will opt to obey the new laws and I would encourage him to do so to protect his family......
Obama has less than 4 years left and I hope the democrats and the other morons that elected him will have seen the light and never do such a foolish thing again.......May be the next politician that comes along can undo what the socialists have done and make this country great once again.
