Disclaimer: I don't, in actuality, own a hi-point. Were I not making it rain gangsta style I would have no problem getting one though.

I've got one in .40 & it just sits there in the safe hoping one day I'll take it out to play. I'm definately with Mike on this one.
Even the s/a function is not great.

I sold mine to my best friend because it didn't fit my hands - since I can't buy bigger hands, I had to buy a smaller gun.
