I can't tell if you're serious or being sarcastic but Ill answer anyway. I don't live in CT, but I do keep track of where serialized weapons that were "originally assigned to me on form 4473's when new" end up when they leave my hands, as any can be traced back to the original owner in the event they end up in the wrong hands, dumpster, or the bottom of lake draper. If I bought it used with no paperwork, I could care less. The last two used guns I bought from OSA / Armslist were from Leo's, who were also smart enough to want a bill of sale with license # & contact info filled out which is essentially what the form is anyway. I also fully support 4473's and think the NRA shot itself in the foot by backing down on them. I'm sure many would disagree, To each his own......
