Don't know how I missed this one, but there's a new store open on Woodruff Rd in Greenville, just across from the Classic Ace. Bunch of milsurp gear and a wall o guns. Notably, had a good number of PSA AR-15's at $750 and an equal number of WASR AK-47's for $550 w bayonet and 3 mags. Plenty of Glocks and M&P pistols as well.

Interesting, I think this might be a reason to get over my "avoid Woodruff Rd. at all costs" mentality. At least for a visit. :D

It's real close to Wendy's so you can sneak onto Woodruff Rd from Feaster or Butler.

Yep, Steve and Abe are good guys. Nice fresh firearms inventory, and good growing camo/uniform selection, boots, milsurp vests, MOLLE, helmets and kit, plus a few interesting NFS items you've probably not seen before except in pics.

Also, they are now a dealer for VZ Grips---superb grips IMO: http://vzgrips.com/ Mine are on order. I like my new LGS.

Believe they're about to have a big sale on their camo.
Go see 'em!

Went by today, good prices, had some interesting firearms as well.

They're getting their class 3 license in July.

Looks like Southeast Survival has closed up their shop on Woodruff Rd. I guess their one year lease ran out. Is this a sign of declining interest, or did they get run off by competition? Maybe they got jobs at PSA. I don't know what went wrong; they even had an idiot standing up by the road spinning a "WE BUY GUNS" sign.

There were several months where guns, gun parts, gun accessories and ammunition were almost non-existent.

Maybe those dry, panic-laden months killed off any chance of survival.

Yep, they moved to Haywood Road... down on the end closer to the intersection with Laurens Rd., on the left going away from the Mall. Stopped by last week, they were waiting on a bldg. inspector. Dont know if they're open yet; if not, soon.

Definitely more floor space in their newer more modern location, and without the malfunction junction of Woodruff Road. I'd say Southeast Survival is growing. Steve and Abe are good guys!

Moved to a better location on Haywood Rd. They reopen this Saturday (Aug 3rd).

Good to hear I was wrong in assuming they were out of business. If the had a "new location" sign posted, I didn't see it. I guess I need to get with the times and check FB next time.

I hated going to the Woodruf Rd location. I've been there four times, three of those times I drove from Spartanburg only to find the placed closed while they were out, at lunch I presumed. I wasn't going to sit around for and hour or more waiting for someone to come back so I left. Hopefully they'll have gotten enough staff so they can be open all day and not close for misc. reasons during a weekday.

they told me they could get my suppresor and would call me.

after about a month i went back, was feed the same lines.

still havent called, but im getting my can from Jason at UAG.

yeah bigfutz, get with the times. you spell phone book with a P.
 If I had relied on the PB* instead of FB**, I probably would have never known the Woodruff Rd location existed. Actually, I originally found them via DB***.

* Phone Book, an archaic directory of land lines numbers, often up to one year out of date. Best used wet for measuring projectile penetration.
** Face Book, a collection of electrons which sometimes randomly clump together to form unverifiable information.
*** Drive By, a method by which someone can accurately determine the status of occupation, size, and other relevant factors relating to a physical location. Can be augmented with a DD****.
**** DING DONG, a visit to a particular location. Term coined by the door to door cosmetic salespeople of days gone by, e.g. "Ding Dong Lady."
