New glock 34, now what?!

Just bought a new 34 and I want better sights and a mag well pretty damn quick. What sights are good and can take some abuse and what mag wells are gonna be legal for other games?

You can also buy purple, pink, or whatever color you want by the foot. I have a lifetime supply of 1 and 1.5mm rod, it cost me about $6.
