Still not worried? Read further. Pistol grip is defined as ?a grip, a thumb-hole stock, or any other characteristic that can function as a grip.?? I have never seen a handgun without a grip.

This means the above gun list means nothing as ANY semi auto firearm,pistol, rifle, or shotgun, with a "grip" and a magazine, will be BANNED.

Other interesting points are that her plan does nothing to keep guns out of the hands of the mentally unstable, does nothing new to control criminals who seek guns, and nothing that might include mandatory gun safety or increased penalties for using a firearm in a crime. But it does makes sense really, as nearly all modern firearms would be banned anyway.

And all this is presented by a woman who acknowledged she carries a concealed firearm herself, saying at a congressional hearing that, ?I know the sense of helplessness that people feel. I know the urge to arm yourself because that?s what I did. I was trained in firearms. I walked to the hospital when my husband was sick. I carried a concealed weapon and I made the determination if somebody was going to try and take me out, I was going to take them with me.?

If someone is a threat to society then remove them from society.

If you don't live in jail or prison then why shouldn't you be allowed to own a gun? You're allowed to own explosives, knives and automobiles. Hell, you can even own aircraft and flamethrowers.

That's a flat out false statement because you never stated any such thing in this thread. Instead you said felons should be allowed to own guns - period - no qualifiers just that felons should have guns and if one disagreed they were part of the problem.

Now quit your back peddling and spin doctoring and say what you mean the first go round. Your posts in this thread read as if the current white house press secretary wrote them.
