Need a Gunsmith...

Hello all, so I'm going to pick up a new set of tritium night sights for the trustee XD .40 the first of next week. I've been thinking about putting night sights on the XD for a while so I've asked friends and around my local gunshops for someone that could install them for me but it seems no one will touch it.
I did talk to a couple of people who were willing to give it a shot but it was quite clear they'd never done one before so that's out of the question. I've had a few people tell me to send the slide off to the Springfield Custom Shop but it'll cost me another $120 to do that, not to mention having to go without my only practical carry gun for who knows how long.
So my question is, do any of you guys happen to know anyone in or around upstate SC that will do this for me, correctly and affordably. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I would suggest contacting Bob at Upstate Armory Group here in Simpsonville. Great guy, great shop, a forum sponsor, and a nice discount on their work if you are a PSF Member.

We install sights also. If you are supplying the sights we will install for $50. Where are you located?

As I stated above, Bob at UAG is the man. AND because I was a PSF member he only charged me $20.00 to install my new night sights ($20.00 total for both front and rear sights) on my aforementioned Glock. He has my business from here on out.

Alright guys, I thought I might get some good suggestions on this site, boy was I right, Thanks to you all. I sent Bob from Upstate Armory Group an email and the very next day he called me on the number I left him. He is going to install them for me this weekend. He is working the Anderson gun and knife show and I was planning on going to that anyway so its going to work out perfect. Bob seems to be a really good guy, and I am glad to have met him. I may have just found myself a new gunsmith. Again, Thanks

I WANNA THANK YOU GUYS AGAIN FOR THE SUGGESTIONS, I MADE IT UP TO SILENT BOBS SHOP YESTERDAY AND HAD THE SIGHTS PUT ON.
THEY ARE REALLY AWESOME SIGHTS AND BOBS INSTALL WAS PERFECT! HE INSTALLED THE SIGHTS, GAVE MY GUN A GOOD QUICK CLEANING AND GAVE ME SOME GREAT TIPS ABOUT THE NEW SIGHTS AND SOME INFO ABOUT SOME THINGS I'M GOING TO HAVE DONE ON MY AR15. BOB DOES CERA-KOTE TOO! ANYONE WHO DOESN'T KNOW BOB AND ARE IN OR AROUND THE UPSTATE SHOULD DEFINATELY CHECK HIM OUT. HE DOES GREAT WORK AT A GREAT PRICE AND HE IS A REALLY GOOD DUDE. CHECK HIM OUT...
