Need a foot/ankle doc in OKC/Moore/Norman

Anybody got any recommendations?

After the match yesterday my foot has been killing me every time sit down and get off of it. Made it through the H&H match tonight and it's not getting any better. I'm pretty sure it's plantar fasciitis, I have this strong urge to glue a tennis ball in my shoe. Gotta get something done.

Take a 20oz pop bottle well one of the plastic ones and put water in, freeze, place it on the floor and mash your foot on it then roll your foot back and forth. A couple of days of this and you should be better and it's cheaper than the doc. The 2 times I went in for this that's what I was told and given some asprin, if it's real bad a cortizone shot is probably in your future and let's just say it sucks for a bit!

Try the frozen bottle and if it doesn't work I've got a ortho that's very good. Later,

My ankle surgery was done by Dr. Michael Williams at athe Edmond OU Medical Center. He seems to know his stuff.

He's operated on my ankle twice. Prolly needs a 3rd

my knees were done by Carlan Yates at mcbride.. he is the same doc that does all the thunder players...

Yeah.....can't go wrong with McBride either.
