My ammo prices are getting ready to double

Took my 15 year old to his fuirst 3 gun shoot in Augusta Kansas this past Saturday. He did real well and learned a few valuable lessons. I think he even beat a few adults on the 30 round shotgun stage. I guess all the video games he plays has really paid off with eye hand corrdination.
Guess I will be buying another handgun, benelli and helping him finish the AR lower I gave him for his birthday.

wish me luck and I need a loan for ammo.

I shoot with my father every chance I get and wouldn't trade it for anything!!! If you are a father or a son it is always a great thing to have a hobbie/interest that you both enjoy. Competition between each other is always fun too!

I took my nephew to the Heartland match last month and he beat me by a bunch (yes, you can miss fast enough). We just finished his AR and his dad has a nice 870, so I guess he'll be buring through some more of my ammo. His younger sister talked me out of one of the 1911's, but she doesn't like to compete.

Well we didn't ride out together, and I congratulated him before he got a chance to look at the scores. His target was the left target on stage 2 that had 11 shots in it. But I don't doubt that he had those A scores and most of those C's. . . . I shouldn't have missed. That killed me and a few FTN's through out the match.

Want me to see if the skeet fields are open after the USPSA match this weekend? We could go break some clays after the match.

Glad I am a FFL, at least I can buy stuff cheap enough. I will bring him down to an OKC shoot one of these days.
