I know I'm gonna get some smack for the Timney trigger - but I didn't feel like having to mess with the JP and Midway had a coupon so figured why not give it a shot.

Isn't that LMOS buffer a riffle buffer? If it is, it's not going to work with that CTR.

I think the carbine weight buffer is the same weight as that JP LMOS buffer. So you could use that with the CTR.

No biggie - I'll just grab an ACE ARFX stock for it. I have another lower that needs to be built so I'll use the CTR for it

I am currently getting my parts together for a VERY similar build. I have made changes to the parts I'm using. I have also decided to use the Nikon .223 1-4 scope with an ADM mount.

Ordered the Burris Tac30 today - read a lot of good reviews on Brian Enos about this scope and under 300 I figured why not give it a shot.
