Hello,

Gun is a RRA Elite CAR A4 with a 16" free floated heavy barrel. It has a AAC brake/mount. Currently shooting PMC 223A ammo.

So when shooting the barrel is going up and to the right and not coming straight back down or better yet staying on target. Is this a comp issue? Maybe technique? (I am a newbie) Something else I am not thinking of?

Thanks,

Steve

maybe it's on upside down?
Some comps/brakes have a top/bottom, I'm not familiar with this one so I can't say if it does or not.

Here is the only pic I got right now...I think this was stock with the original gun.

Nope nothing wrong. It is the effect of recoil against a right shouldered shooter.

Take a class from Redneck Tactical.
Any other option? Video's, books, etc. Right now time and money, with an emphasis on money not being plentiful right now.

Having fired many thousands of rounds from an M16, without the three round option, ALWAYS resulted in the rounds going up and to the right.

I've never shot one that didn't go up and right. You can change done features in that rifle to make the up and right less but it never stops completely.
