this meeting will be at H and H gun range we will be trying to push a law through, similar to the one in Wyoming to ensure our states sovereignty and our choice to keep our firearms. this also gives LEO a platform to stand on to defend us instead of having to worry about how they will be treated if the tried to arrest a federal agent for attacking our rights and committing crimes against oklahoman's. There will also be a push for constitutional carry because they current SDA permits allows people to be tagged for who owns guns and doesn't own guns (registration) and as well as force people to pay money to exercise their constitutional rights. Constitutional rights are just that, Rights and therefore should not have to be paid for.

I'm not sure who all will be attending The organiztion who is putting it on is Oklahoma Second Amendment Association. I'm not a member but I thought I would mention it to those that are interested.

maybe someone can explain this to me, if OK passes a law like this, and the feds pass a law that bans what i own. So i am legal under state law, but illegal under fed law... what happens if a Fed agent wants to arrest me, can they still do it since it is under federal law??

Who knows they still haven't figure out the Marijuana laws, in Washington St and Colorado. I don't see the FBI out there yet and it was illegal to begin with.

I don't think the federal government has a clue on what to do if each State make a protection bill againt their gun control laws.

Absolutely they can arrest you. The state will have no jurisdiction in the federal case against you.

It is my understanding however the sheriff in your county has the right tell any federal agency to exit his county, we know where Wetsil stands, but what about others. I guess if it comes down to such a situation, then I guess it would be up to the federal government to decide it there is going to be trouble.

Like Scott said, no, but you would be legal under the 2nd Amendment.

I will be there. Your right a federal agent can arrest you however he would be braking a state law and be guilty of a felony under state law (if written the way wyoming did) and felons cant be Federal Agents or any type of LEO not to mention I think they realize they might be the most popular guy in the shower room after the inmates figure out what their profession was. This is to deter them from trying to harass or arrest Oklahomans that dont follow their unconstitutional law.

Guys remember if you cant go you can still tell others about it so they can go! The more people get involved the better!

Yea, i couldn't get the time off and I didn't see this until I got to work today. Is there a way to get on a mailing list so you guys can send emails to members about stuff like this?
