Guy I worked with was my go-to mechanic. I would buy parts and he would install them.

Well, he tells me a bunch of stuff that needs replacing on my truck, so I buy everything... he quits work and moves to Chicago driving big rigs.

Great.

Now I have $800 worth of truck parts that I cannot* install/replace.
*(no training, no tools, no inclination to do the work myself)

Looking for mechanic suggestions in/around Charleston. Thanks!

I can recommend Everything Autmotive in Summerville. He is very honest and fair with his pricing. It is a small shop, a little disorganized, low overhead. They are on Bacon Bridge Road. The phone number is 303-2110.
