Updated Policy for State and Local Agency Law Enforcement Sales:

Due to the recent and numerous new Anti-gun/Anti-2nd Amendment laws passed and/or pending across our country, LaRue Tactical has been forced to reconsider how we provide products to state and local agencies.

Effective today, in an effort to see that no legal mistakes are made by LaRue Tactical and/or its employees, we will apply all current State and Local Laws (as applied to civilians) to state and local law enforcement / government agencies. In other words, LaRue Tactical will limit all sales to what law-abiding citizens residing in their districts can purchase or possess.

State and local laws have always been a serious focus of this firm, and we are now dovetailing that focus with the constitutional rights of the residents covered in their different areas by the old and new regulations.

We realize this effort will have an impact on this firm's sales - and have decided the lost sales are less danger to this firm than potential lawsuits from erroneous shipments generated by something as simple as human error.

They are just saying that they will hold LE Departments to the same standards that the citizens in that state are held to.

If a state passes a law saying no collapsable stocks for civi's - then Larue will not sell ANY of those state agencies collapsable stocks.

Whatever law they pass and make civis follow Larue will hold the state to the same law

Ah ha! I like it!!!

I as reading it as some agencies had odd ordering practices that could be taken as illegal.

It does read a little like they were trying to make there decision a little more PC than just coming out and saying "what's good for the goose is good for the gander, bitches!"

I'm glad another company has stated this as their policy. I hope more do the same.

After this Cali. Rambo thing ends I bet other companies will do the same. I read this guy supports aw ban and taunting LAPD about his 50cal. So for the company to "cover" their butts they just won't sell to ANYONE in that state with a AW Ban.

If that is correct then go Mark LaRue
these politicians that want to limit hi-cap should start with there body guards

Here is exactly what it means.

City LE procurement calls Larue:

Larue: Hello?

Procurement: Why did you cancel my order?

Larue: Because our weapons are illegal in your state.

Procurement: Not for us!

Larue: Are your officers not citizens?

Procurement: Yes but....

Larue: Well I'm not taking a chance on some stoned parolee driving for a UPS contractor dropping them off at the wrong address. Don't like it? Tough elephant dung. Tell your Chief and mayor to quit pushing for this stupid elephant dung.

Procurement: I don't think you understand, we are the law.

Larue: I don't think you understand. Go take some history classes. You aren't getting my stuff.....Click

I'm sure some of y'all have heard but LaRue has another interesting plan going on. For folks that have a rifle on order but aren't scheduled to receiv them for a while, LaRue is trying to go ahead and send them there lower as soon as possible so that the customer can take possesion of the lower in case an AWB did come down.

Kuddos to Mark and his company, I personally dont own said AW just cause I never had the urge to have one and now with these INFLATED prices I stand a snowballs chance in hell in getting one past my wife!!!!!!!!!
