Wow, I grew up on that street. It's only one block long. This really hit home with me. Don't live there now but i can still picture every house on that street.

My first thought was why in the hell did he have to load his gun? Then read further and saw he had kids in the house.
I wonder what was up with the naked intruder? Under the influence of something or mentally unstable?

I guess you didn't read the news story about the chick who was arrested and later found to have a pistol in her vag. The assailant could have had a pistol hidden in an unmentionable place.
