I don't know that I want to sell it, but I'd sure like to know exactly what I have. Does anybody know of someone local that might be able to look and tell if I have a keeper or a good piece of trading material? I think it's pretty nice, but I just don't know.

In about 3 weeks, Kurt Miller will be back from well site. He is probably the most knowledgeable on that platform around. He was a USMC Armorer back when they were still throwing stones as weapons! He does know the Garand quite well though...
