Recently upgraded my M&P pro with the APEX trigger kit. Also upgraded to a KKM precision 9mm conversion barrel with all the mags and hoopla! Wondering if there is any advice on swapping out the recoil spring and where I could possibly locate a better one to help manage recoil when firing .40. Any and all advice would be appreciated!

I use the 13lb reduced recoil spring from Makereadyproshop.com along with the Apex forward set trigger on my pro. I shoot major power factor, by a tad, so the combo works great.

Thanks for the replies. Any advice for switching back and forth between .40 and 9mm? Should I have a spring set up for .40 and a setup for 9mm? My plan is to get good reps in using .40 because of availability. Then a few reps with 9mm before matches. If that makes sense. Just did not want to have to purchase 2 complete setups.
