M&P 9mm

Hello & thanks for taking time to review. First time posting on the forum. Jesse Tischauser was kind enough to point me this way from the Firing Line. I'm interested in IDPA or IPSC (maybe 3 gun down the road). I shot the Glocks, Springfields, & M&P and decided I like the M&P.

Anybody have a dealer they really are partial to? I'm looking for the M&P w/5" barrel. I'm hoping to meet some competitive shooters in the Tulsa area. Any advice you might have for an aspirant shooter is appreciated!

Don't know about tulsa, but sooner state pawn gets some in occasionally and could probably ship to your FFL.

Sports world for sure if they have it. 5" m&p's are a bit harder to come by.

There is a pistol event almost every weekend at USSA. Steel Challenge 1st Sunday, IDPA 2nd Saturday, Pro-Am 2nd Sunday, and USPSA 4th Saturday. Oil Cap has IDPA 2nd Sunday and 4th Saturday but it's more of a schlep.
