M&P 15 Sport Butt Stock ?

I have an M&P 15 Sport & am wanting to replace the butt stock with a Magpul MOE - does anyone know if it is the Mil-Spec or the Commercial? If so what is the difference?

Thanks Wall - I believe it is the Mil-Spec, but I will check and make sure.
