It wasn't that one, but I got to fly on a B-17 when it came in support of Ponca's Veterans day parade. It was 300 bucks well spent to fly in a piece of aviation history.
Sad to see this one go, but happy to hear nobody was hurt. Most of the pilots and crew are retired veterans that supported these aircraft in WWII. Not many of them left.
