Loading AR Mags

What is the majority of everybody doing to load Mags? One at a time, Or some type of speed loader with stripper clips?

Lula's are a competitive shooters best friend. Make sure your always watching you ammo as you load those mags. In these times where ammo manufacturers capacity is beyond maxed out I am seeing more and more rounds get through QC. Especially on shotgun ammo. A bad round makes for a bad stage or even a bad match.

I just use the good ole stripper clips and a spoon.
