I bought an RXIII rangefinder from a friend last spring. It was maybe a couple of years old and he bought it from a friend.

A few weeks ago it quit reading past 40 yards. I contacted customer service and they gave me some things to try and if that didn't work, send it in and they'd take a look. I sent it to them a couple of weeks ago and got a card saying that my product had been received and that the repair would be done in two weeks. I got an email last week saying that my product was being shipped. I figured it was just a minor repair, or I'd done something wrong since there was no contact from them asking for my receipt, or credit card information for payment of the repair.

Today the brown truck delivered a box from Leupold. Inside was a brand new RX-1000/TBR range finder.

Now that is some damn good customer service!
