Need somwhere to prepare a large spread or just to cook a pig or two out of the weather without having to cut wood, or risk fighting the elements?
Have a large building with attached cooking area capable of cooking 2 x 140 lb dressed hogs, 15-18 whole racks of ribs, or over a dozen butterflied turkeys at once. Separate gas cooker capable of cooking about 20-25 chickens at once.
Pots up to 60 quarts and large gas Vulcan 6-burner stove.. Use your own sauces, or I have sauces available at most times.
Walk-in cooler, ice machine, and an oil-free Turkey fryer are also available. 13 miles from Boggy Head Range... hint-hint Shootzenfest....
