Think this would be a good concealed carry garment for IWB?

That would do well if it was worn loose, as pictured. Some body types would make the exact same garment be a good bit tighter and would lead to "printing." As pictured, it looks like it would do the job if other considerations were taken care of, i.e. sturdy belt(or bellyband), IWB holster, thin gun, et al.

Unfortunately no there isn't a picture of the back.
I do tend to wear my clothes untucked, and truth be told I usually buy them a size larger to accommodate my upper torso so I *think* there'll be enough room around the waist.
