KGB Armroy AR Sale

We are still at a standstill as far as barrels and stripped uppers go.? Bolts are also becoming increasingly hard to acquire.? Parts I ordered back in April are slowly starting to trickle in as of a couple of weeks ago but it's nowhere near what I ordered and paid for.? We are at the mercy of a handful of suppliers and are just waiting on things to arrive.? Most of the orders that I took are sitting in near complete condition already.? As soon as needed parts arrive I then finish them in the order in which they were purchased.? I stopped taking new orders nearly 2 months ago because I honestly can't guarantee that we can get anymore parts, other than what's already been ordered, before the end of the year.? It isn't just us, it is industry wide now and I get calls nearly every day from other builders that are looking for parts.? I can't give you a good ETA on what's needed or a completion date just yet but I hope to know more next week when a couple of orders arrive here.? They can't tell me whats in the boxes but just that it's part of my orders.?

Todays Post by KGB:

The shop will be closed indefinitely due to health reasons. The only way to contact will be through email at [email protected]

Many times when businesses close "indefinitely", they close permanently. I don't have high hopes of ever getting this weapon. I'm about to file a mail fraud claim against Neil Krimminger with Post office. The postal money order was made out in his name and this has gone way past 8 weeks promised delivery.

Sent an e-mail to [email protected] as stated in their Facebook post. Got this auto responder reply.

Due to severe health related issues, KGB Armory is closed indefinitely. We apologize for this inconvenience and will work to resolve any issues that you may have when we re-open. We do have a tentative date of re-opening set for October 13, 2012

Just going to pass this along to everyone.
I called and spoke to Neils partner, the one who had the incident at the gun show. The issue is with Neils heart. He was told to eliminate all stress, and get as much rest as possible.

I have a hard time feeling empathy when the problem of not delivering our weapons we ordered existed well before the Angina reared it's head.

Having talked to the man in person several times I can tell you, most of the cause for the Angina is that he has not been able to deliver our weapons as promised. I believe that he will do what he can to make it right with us if given a chance. I am praying for a quick recovery for him so he will have that chance. I would much rather deal with him on this than a probate judge.

I won't say anymore than that I am disappointed in what I just found.
The KGB Facebook page has been taken down.
If you go to their web site you will find information on the law firm you need to contact about you firearms or money.

"All customers with issues regarding items sold or promised through KGB Armory should contact: Matthew Crow, Atty. at the Crow Law Firm, 315-B North Main St., Monroe, NC 28112 Telephone: 704-283-1175 Fax: 704-226-0488 Mr. Crow is handling all of the financial issues for KGB Armory. There will be no further contact from KGB Armory regarding any items sold or promised. All contact will be handled through Mr. Crow. Any attempt to contact anyone other than Mr. Crow regarding any will be considered a violation and will not be answered."

I called the law firm and spoke with Mr.Crow. Neil is declaring bankruptcy, he has no assetts, he has no money, he is considered unemployed. There apparently will be no money to disburse to creditors and people owed money.

I also found out KGB was not incorporated nor an LLC. The only possible recourse is to file mail fraud charges based on the postal money order used to pay Neil. Even then, we may get nothing but satisfaction of criminal charges....

Sounds like the owner was in way over his head. He probably has no real health insurance and is KO'd with medical expenses now. I feel bad for y'all that have lost out because of this, hopefully none of you are losing out on serious cash...

then again, any cash lost is too much these days. This really sucks!

Anyone know how to find Neil? I am out $550 right now and am at risk of not seeing a dime. I would like to pay him a visit and see if he has any assets worth what he owes me. He sure had a lot of guns for sale last week on his Facebook page...

Call his bankruptcy lawyer for the bad news. The lawyer told me he has no assets and has no money. I'm assuming you sent him a Postal money order. Please file a claim against him with the post office. We need to get him nailed for mail fraud.

What if his "attorney" is just part of the scam? I think the FBI needs to get involved

I believe this is a newer picture of him with his wife tabatha:
