Hey all!
I found my way here by following the URL on the back of a BoomerShooter jersey-wearer.
Short and sweet bio:
1969 -- Shot 3 rounds from a 1911 in field behind a barn in PA ...liked it
1979-93 -- Muzzle loading rifle and smoothbore -- reenactor, mountain man, RevWar non-military "gentleman" with family at NMLRA redezvous
1993-2012 -- hiatus from shooting, had dropped out of the "good life" in metro-NYC-area and moved to Maine. Too busy trying to earn a living
2012 -- decided it was time I try shooting a 1911 again
I'm shooting centerfire and .22 paper bullseye indoors in the winter and USPSA practical pistol ALL the time. I've been meeting a bunch of mighty fine people and having a really good time!
