Ok, here is the deal.....I'm an old veteran and knows one thing for sure. The AK platform was bullet proof after covering it in mud, and it will shoot.
I also know that the issued military AK's aren't very accurate past 100 yds, if that.
That being said: Is yours accurized? Just used for short range matches?
I have a lot more questions depending on your answer.

The only mods on mine are the Tapco stock and handguard. I run it with irons and do use the slide adjuster for distance. It's not an easy shot but it is doable. I tried to hit a piece of a clay pigeon at 200 and got within inches but could not hit it yesterday.
