Yes it is a carbon arms feather hand guard. It comes with a JP barrel nut and is ready to be installed on a rifle.

The Feather I just bought came with its own proprietary barrel nut. Do you have pics of this one?

Just messing with you Eric. That JP barrel is like gold right now because they are very hard to find on tip of bring extremely accurate. It's worth every penny of $500.
