JP Enterprises Barrel comp questions

I'm going to build an AR, maybe shoot some 3-gun matches, and want the gun to be highly accurate as well as quick. Basically what all people who shoot 3 gun want.

Reading on the internet, I am pretty impressed with JP Barrels, so that is where I am going to start.

My question is -

Starting with a JP 18" length , 1:8 twist , light contour barrel, what would be the best choice for the muzzle comp, and why?

Grayokc - if you haven't bought one already hold up a bit. You'll want to do some testing with different comps if you can. I'll be selling several comps including JP, Rolling Thunder, Miculek and maybe a couple around the first of the year.

Personally I love the muzzle control I get from the tuned Rolling Thunder, just hate hanging 6oz off the end of my barrel.
