I haven't seen anything other than standard .223 on Jp barrels. Do they make a .223 wylde or a .556?
Thanks

The 5 I have had are all Wylde chambered. I think the only 5.56 is that 16" duty rifle. I doubt they even make a true .223 Remington.

Wylde chamber is between a 223 rem and a 5.56 correct? So a 5.56 is a hair too large to properly fit.... right?!?
I know I heard what it was a while back but I've forgotten since then.

My LOKI barrel is Wylde chamber but I haven't shot anything but 223 remington out of it.

What he said! It's the most accurate too or so I have read on the Internet.
lol
I believe its the individual, bbl but if one is shooting the correct ammo in a correctly spec'd chamber I would think that would have the potential to be the most accurate. If I was basing my choice of chamber on a pure accuracy potential I would opt for a 223 chamber. Just saying lol my views only

I agree with you for sure. I should have been more specific. The .223 Wylde chamber is tighter than a 5.56 chamber therefore theoretically they Wylde chamber would have a higher accuracy potential for a broader range of factory ammunition.

.223 Wylde is the best compromise for our game. .223 has a greater accuracy potential (for something like benchrest), but we'd probably never notice it.
