You forgot the best line that it takes a professional 1.5 - 2 seconds to reload a gun, but it takes 2 minute for a non-professional and that is why we need a 10 round clip limit. In that amount of time [2 minutes] people could have stopped many of the recent shooters while they were reloading.

Feinstein was on meet the press this morning. She commented that universal registration wasn't in her bill, but lamented that it is needed so we can find out who actually owned these guns.
