After playing around with dropping dueces, quad loads, (all without shell caddies), and working fairly seriously on weak hand loading (with caddies), it seems that if maybe 1/8 or 3/16 were milled off the front of the port, I could get those shells in easier. It seems like I have to be very deliberate to get them to catch, and NEVER let my thumb get twisted. That being said, at this point, I don't think reloads are going to be my critical path to semi-pro stardom just yet. Just wondering, though, if at this point getting out the dremel and files is worth it? Or, learn with what I have, shoot and learn the game better first?
