Izhmash Tigr .308?

Can they even be had in the US? I swear I had seen at least a PSL in .308 at a gun show at the okc fair grounds. I was just reading on the Izhmash English site that the Izhmash armory in Izhevsk, the same place that makes the Saigas, is still producing batches of Tigrs (based on the SVD) but I'm not sure if you can get the .308 here of just the 7.62x54R. Anyone know who I could talk to?
