is there an open and limited oklahoma sectional?

I remember briefly hearing about this a few months ago but haven't seen or heard of anything since. I think it was suppose to be at ponca city around sometime in September but don't remember the specifics.

sounds awesome.. so i guess for me that is 350 rounds!!!
