Tools - you need tools to put an AR together? I'm not good with tools or my hands.
At a minimum, you'll need an armorer wrench and something to hold your upper while you put the barrel on. DPMS makes a good armorer's wrench. I used the tapco castle nut wrench for my castle nut though.
Also, I would recommend putting tape on your lower while you are banging in the roll pins or you risk scratching it up.
pin punches are useful but not required.
ETA: Also, if you really want to make your AR stand out, I would suggest buying a loudener.
ETA2:
Helpful lower assembly instructions
ETA3: A lot of the parts you listed come in sets.
For example: Bolt carrier GROUP (bolt, carrier, firing pin, etc)
LPK (disconnector, hammer, springs, etc)
Stock (sometimes buffer tube, buffer, spring, and stock)
ETA4: If you haven't chosen your handguards, Spike's Tactical makes some scalloped rails that feel
like sex in your hand great.
