I'm tired of being a cold blooded killer

We have been infested with red wasps this summer. They land in the pool by the dozen every evening, and I waste them with a badmitten raquet. but it's getting old whacking them instead of having a relaxing evening.

Anybody else see an increase around their place?

yep they are bad around the pool. i usually use a big noodle to swat 'em

I thought they had a nest around our house, but they go across the fence where we lose track of them.

Amazing you say that. We ran some trot lines on Kaw Lake last week, and saw several scorpions on the boat ramp. First time since that lake has been in existance? Don't know?

I had someone come and spray some sort of "death to all insects and what not" around my house, garage and yard. I don't know what it is but there are some huge spider carcasses outside every morning. No scorpions yet, but the first one I see will be dead shortly thereafter.

Haven't seen that many wasps, but we've killed more spiders inside this year. Plus the spiders seem larger than last year!
